Corrections and challenges
Automated collection and classification can be wrong. Material errors should be corrected visibly and without silently rewriting the record.
Request a correction
Use the operator’s published contact channel and begin the explanation with “CORRECTION.” Include the affected URL, the disputed field or statement, supporting public evidence, and the change requested. Do not send identity documents or unrelated personal data.
Correction standard
- Confirm receipt and preserve the original record.
- Review the original publisher page, archived version, and cited evidence.
- Correct factual metadata quickly; separate factual corrections from disagreements over analysis.
- Publish a dated note describing the material change.
- Recalculate automated scores when a source, cluster, or attribution changed.
Emergency harm requests
Requests involving an exposed private identity, vulnerable person, or precise sensitive location should be prioritized. The public site should remove unnecessary harmful detail while preserving an internal audit record accessible only to authorized reviewers.

The Public Officials Monitor includes a structured reporting control for wrong-official matches, irrelevant stories, duplicates, translation errors, old articles, and unauthentic social accounts. Submitted reports enter a bounded review queue when storage is available. A report is a review signal, not an automatic deletion request.
